  • What to Expect?

    During a session, the client wears non restrictive clothing (sportswear). No oil or lotion is used. Every session is a combination of assessment and treatment. Areas are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific movements from the client. This movement phase of the treatment may be uncomfortable. The discomfort occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function . Typically, there is a noticeable reduction in pain and increase in range of motion after the first session. many issue are greatly improved or resolved within Three to six sessions. The first session is sixty minutes. Follow-up session are thirty to forty-five minutes.

  • Do I direct bill insurance companies?

    I am able to direct bill most insurance companies in Canada. However, some insurance policies only reimburse the client. In these cases, the client pays me, then waits for the insurance company to reimburse them.

  • Other services?

    Swedish massage is the most common type of massage used by registered massage therapists. It involves the manipulation of the superficial layers of muscle to improve overall mental and physical health . This form of massage is done using hand, forearms and elbows. The benefits are an increase in range of motion, decrease in muscle tension and relief from mental and physical stress.

Cancellation Policy

I require minimum one day’s notice of cancellation or payment in full. All of us have occasional emergencies and / or illness. I understand and can make accommodations. However, please be aware that when you book, that time slot is not available to others. An open appointment is lost revenue for me that otherwise would have been taken by another client. Last minute cancellations are often difficult to fill. If another client can fill that spot, then I will not charge you. If you have a friend who can take your spot, they must make an appointment through the online booking program and fill out the necessary forms. If the cancellation is very late (within two hours of appointment) they will not be able to book online. In case of poor driving conditions, stay safe and let me know you will not be coming. It’s probably not safe for me to be out either. I don’t charge for bad weather.
